The cuddly

I’ve created The Cuddly as a living sculpture in opposition to monuments made out of concrete that become negligible part of everyday reality. The bear is travelling around the worldappearing in each place just for short period of time so that passers-by can hug him and keep the positive memories out of it. Standing on the way to work or school The Cuddly motivates people to spontaneous play – not only with him but also with the surrounding space. After appearing in Warsaw in outumn of 2013 The Cuddly has already traveled to Italy (Rome, Bolony), Austria (Graz) and Portugal (Ponta Delgada and Furnas in Azores). For me its amazing tool for researched about people’s behaviours in various public spaces.
